QR Car Contact processes the personal data required to provide the service securely and only for defined purposes.
Data processed
Account email, password hash, vehicle and QR records, notification device information, security records, optional visitor details, and written or voice messages may be processed.
Purposes
Account security, QR communication, notification delivery, abuse prevention, support responses, and compliance with legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Written and voice vehicle messages are retained for approximately 24 hours. Account and vehicle records are removed following user deletion or applicable legal retention periods.
Service providers
Firebase for notifications, email infrastructure, and hosting services may be used where technically necessary.

You may use the email address on the contact page to request access, correction, deletion, or raise an objection under applicable data protection law.
